二、Characteristics
of food grade CMC
With its even substitution, the food grade CMC of our company has
three high properties: high viscosity ( its aqueous solution viscosity
can exceed 2,000mPa.s),high degree of substitution ( DS value can
exceed 1.20), high purity( purity can reach above 97-99.5%),and two
good properties: good tolerance for acid(FH9’s AVR can reach above
0.9) ,good tolerance for salt(SVR in 4%NaCl solution can exceed 1.0).
ZHOU CMC produced by our company can be quickly dissolved , with its
solution’s high transparency and good rheological property.
三、Application and
adding amount of food grade CMC
1、For acidophilus milk, acidic drinks and fruit drinks ,Type
FH9、FM9、FVH9、FFH9、FFH10 and adding amount of 2~5‰ is recommended.
2、For the condiments and instant soup ,Type FH9、FM9、FFH9 and adding
amount of 3~10‰ is recommended.
3、For the purpose of keeping fresh the wine, beer and fruit ,Type
FM6 and adding amount of 2~3‰ is suggested.
4、For ice-cream, instant noodles , soy milk, bread, instant congee,
ham food and refrigerated foods ,Type FH6 、FVH6 and adding amount
of 3~5‰ is suggested.
四、Application methods
1、 Add in the container, then slowly add some CMC, stirring as adding,
finally screen the mixture.
2、 Mix CMC with sugar-like powder or granules , then dissolve with
the method 1.
3、 If organic solvents are necessary, mix the solvents with
CMC, then put the mixture into the water as stirring. |
