二、Characteristics
of paper grade CMC
When used to surface treatment in paper making
industry, ZHOU brand paper grade CMC can enhance surface strength
of paper , improve quality of printing and increase smoothness of
paper.
ZHOU brand paper grade CMC can be dissolved in
water because of the introduction of carboxymethyl group, and dissolved
easier when water temperature gets higher. The solution is neutral
and transparent or light yellow.
三、Application and
dosage of paper grade CMC
1、In the process of paper adjusting , as an inner additive ,CMC plays
a role of keeping water.
2、As the progress of high speed printing technology ,coating paper
has raised higher requirements to coating to which CMC acts as keeping
water agent.
3、As its versatile type according to the change of viscosity and degree
of substitution, CMC can be in place of Arab gum.
4、In producing low viscosity paper paste, CMC acts as dispersing agent.
