二、Characteristics
of tobacco sheet grade CMC
The tobacco grade CMC of our company can increase
the resist tension, toughness and water-keeping of the sheets, and
so decrease broken rate and improve the color of the sheets.
ZHOU CMC enjoys high reputation for its tiny powder,
fast dissolved ability , strong adhesive force , little acidic and
difficulty to form groups, which is beneficial to decrease the production
cost.
三、Application methods
of tobacco sheet grade CMC
1、Adding in the dry way : fully mixing CMC in the ratio of 5-7% and
stem and powder of cigarette , after crushing and sieving, mixing
with other solutions.
2、Adding in the wet way : adding CMC in the ratio of 5-7% to the solution
,after stirring and dissolving ,adding stem and powder of cigarette
and other auxiliary materials, then transported to the stirring equipment. |
